Most brokers sell you a plan and leave you to figure out the rest. I don't. We provide consultation and administration of every aspect of the program, so your staff doesn't have to become benefits specialists. And we don't charge extra for any of it.

Enrolment and onboarding
We handle new-hire enrolment, mid-year life events, and coordination with your payroll or HRIS provider. You do the hiring; we do the forms.
Claims support
Your staff calls us, not the carrier. We give quicker, more accurate replies, and we know how to present a question or claim so it actually gets a favourable result. For deaths and disabilities, we complete the claim forms ourselves.
Renewals and negotiation
Three months before each renewal I run a projection so there are no surprises. We negotiate every increase with the carrier, and every three to five years we market the program to all carriers to keep them honest. One recent client came in at a proposed 37 percent increase. We negotiated a 4 percent reduction.
Annual reports
A full financial, claim, and cost-benefit report each year, line by line. I do an in-depth review of claims and demographics to find issues we can address to reduce premiums, and I look for public or private programs we can shift eligible claims to.
Staff seminars and communications
Employee benefit seminars on-site or virtual, written drafts for any communication material you need, and surveys when it's time to rethink the plan. Your team gets a plan they actually understand.
Plan changes
Adding a dependent, changing coverage tiers, switching carriers, updating plan design. We handle the paperwork and the process.
HR consultation
Available to management throughout the year for consultation on human resource matters. Hiring procedures, terminations, severance. We've seen what works and what doesn't.
Billing software included
Premium billing software that shows premiums, benefit levels, and payroll deductions by employee and combined. Makes your payroll team's life easier at no extra cost.
