A Health Care Spending Account gives each employee a set dollar amount per year to spend on eligible expenses. Medical, dental, wellness, and things a traditional plan won't cover. You set the budget; they spend it on what they actually need.
I design the account, set up the carrier, and run the reimbursement side so your staff isn't fielding questions about what's eligible and what isn't. Like the rest of what we do, this is included; we don't charge extra for the administration.

Health Spending
Tax-free dollars for CRA-eligible medical and dental expenses. Paired with a traditional plan or used standalone.
Wellness Spending
Taxable dollars for wellness expenses a traditional plan won't cover: gym memberships, fitness gear, therapy, childcare.
Flex Accounts
A hybrid. Employees choose each year how to split their dollars between HSA and WSA based on what they need.

When a claim gets rejected or stuck, your staff calls us, not the carrier. We give quicker, more accurate replies and we know how to present things so they go through.
Annual review
Each year I review how the account is being used and walk you through whether the allocation still makes sense. If something needs adjusting, we adjust.
